BOMBASTIC banana bread with vanilla cream frosting

This mouth watering sweet recipe will have you feeling the holiday spirit and make your taste buds super happy!!!

Ingredient List :

- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 3/4 cup brown sugar

-1/4 teaspoon salt

-1/2 cup butter

-2 large eggs, beaten

-2 cups all purpose flour

-2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas

Cooking Instruction:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F, and grease your loaf pan.

2. Combine salt, flour and baking soda in a bowl.

3. Beat brown sugar and butter in another bowl until well mixed.

4. Stir in mashed bananas and eggs until blended.

5. Stir banana mixture into the flour mixture until well mixed.

6. Pour batter into the baking pan.

7. Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes. Let bread cool for additional 10 minutes, and allow more time if needed to cool completely.

8. Slice a big piece ,serve and enjoy!!!
